Once your order is complete, you will need to:

• Confirm a booking time by sending an email
• Specify the genre, word count and size of your manuscript for print formatting (change of size once the project is started will incur a charge of 50%)
• Send your manuscript through as a word.doc or word.docx file (PDFs will not be accepted)

NOTE: If you do not have a word.doc or word.docx file, please contact us before purchasing.

Once your formatting has been scheduled, you will receive your:

• PDF ready to upload 
• EPUB for eBooks

files within three weeks. Note that we will endeavour to get your files back to you faster, but there is a built in buffer for life to happen.

Minor edits will incur a 20% fee and are available for six months from the time the finished product is delivered. Major edits will incur an 80% fee and are available for six months from the time the finished product is delivered.

Payment is required before work commences.

Change of mind is not available for this item.

If the complexity of work exceeds the agreed on price, the difference must be paid before work commences.
